Since even pre-trial, this awful judge always acted against Trump, highly working towards a conviction—no matter what. How he lost his temper when a Trump witness clashed with him was priceless. This person should never have been able to serve as a judge.

Judge Merchan…has somehow randomly selected had Steve Bannon’s case, had Allen Weisselberg’s case…somehow, he randomly also gets Donald Trump. That’s not the way the system works. You assign a case randomly…but in the new America, under the Biden Regime, we are sitting here in a politicization of all our judicial systems.
