Amazon.com used to be amazing—now, it’s often sadly a nightmare. The biggest issue is that it’s nearly impossible to contact them. There’s no straightforward contact form or support ticket system; everything is handled through a chat widget that uses frustrating AI. When you finally connect with an employee, they’re typically outsourced from far away, like India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh, with limited access to crucial information, responding with copy-pasted replies. Additionally, their prices aren’t as competitive anymore. It seems this e-commerce giant will definitely lose what was once their biggest business element if they don’t fix their approach to customer care.
